All items are made to order. The Turquoise Vet utilizes international brands that are well known, high quality, and meet your satisfaction. Avoid dropping your tumblers or mugs. The Turquoise Vet accepts no liability for broken items.

Care

Apparel: Hand washing ensures and increases the longevity of all apparel items; however, all items are safe to be used in a washing machine or dyer. (Low heat is recommended.) 

Tumblers & Mugs: Hand wash only. Do not soak. These are not dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and it is recommended to avoid extreme heat. 

Avoid exposing all items to extreme heat or chemicals like ammonia, chlorine, and most household cleaning products. From personal experience to those within the show sheep industry, solutions including Sulfur Lime Dip can immediately damage your item so it is important to avoid exposure and utilization of any harsh chemical.   

Sizing

If you are not sure of your size, we recommend that you evaluate the sizing charts of all apparel provided in the listing. Please contact TheTurquoiseVet@gmail.com to ensure you are purchasing the correct size. Customer sizing error returns will not be accepted.
