Return Policy

Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, unworn jewelry postmarked to be returned within 5 days of delivery will receive a refund or exchange. Apparel and accessories including mugs, tumblers, notebooks, phone cases, etc. do not qualify for a refund. No returns are accepted as all sizing information is included in each listing. If you Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the receipt. The Turquoise Vet may refuse service to anyone. 

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes holiday sales and flash sale promotions.
