Shipping policy

SHIPPING TURN AROUND TIME

    All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. When your order is packaged you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you need something sooner or would like an exact quote of handling/production times please let us know. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional nonrefundable fee. 

    Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We accept no liability for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

    Lost packages must be reported to USPS immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local post office immediately! You will also need to report your package as missing online. To do so follow this link: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ then submit your tracking number and click the start button under the heading “Having an issue related to this tracking number?“ 

     

    SHIPPING INSURANCE (currently unavailable)

      Items are shipped USPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been packaged. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of USPS, we offer Route shipping insurance to cover this. You can find this by typing in "Shipping Insurance" into the search bar.

      Insurance is available for an additional fee. We highly recommend insuring your order, as Route protects your order against damage, loss, and theft. If you do not add the Route shipping insurance to your cart, you opt out of any shipping coverage. If you opt out of the Route shipping insurance your order is not protected against damage, loss, or theft. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders, please insure your order.
